The Mud Mask Massage uses our house blend of pure cosmetic clay, blue green algae and rose water to detoxify, exfoliate and nourish weathered skin
The Gua Sha massage uses smooth stone tools, excellent for increasing lymphatic drainage and releasing tension
For the ultimate detox follow our recommended circuit - 10 min soak, 10 min sauna, 2 min cold shower. You can do 3-4 rounds, burn up to 500 calories, and leave feeling amazing!
